Refund Policy

Last updated: November 7, 2026

There is nothing to refund

Gitwright is free. There is no price, no account, no subscription, no in-app purchase and no license key. The application does not contain a payment screen, and the authors do not process payments for it.

Because no money changes hands, there is no purchase to cancel and no refund to issue. The License page describes the same thing from the licensing side: use the application under the MIT License, with no activation step.

If you paid someone for this application

If a third party charged you for Gitwright, that charge did not come from the authors. Options:

  • Ask the seller for a refund under their own policy.
  • Dispute the charge with your payment provider.
  • Report the listing to us at contact@once.work, including where you found it.

If you bought something else by mistake

Downloads, builds and documentation for Gitwright are not sold. If you were looking for a paid product and landed here, no transaction was created, so no refund is needed.
